Responsibilities
  • Develop and Manage sales pipeline
  • Work and co-ordinate with support teams to deliver sales proposals and presentations to the highest quality
  • Ensure that all sales offers/agreements follows Salesforce procedure and governance
  • Respond to enquiries, generate leads and engage in shaping opportunities with customers and turn to prospect customers
  • Assist in developing strategies and plans aligned to CBS/TCG strategies that will achieve short, medium and long-term profitable growth targets. This includes both scorecard for at a personnel level and department level.
  • Work with internal and external resources; undertake research and information findings related to local and federal government requirements to provide adequate services for established entities in the mainland and all free zones in UAE.
  • Develop weekly and monthly reports reference opportunities, pipelines, etc.(MIS reporting)
  • Assist in annual budgets, forecasts, performance etc.
  • Keep abreast of market trends and new business opportunities and business regulations changes in UAE and the region.
  • Prequalify CBS in Government and Private companies/agencies when and if needed.
  • Establish Key Account management program
  • Participate towards product development which can be added to the department’s portfolio
  • Maintain database and information on opportunities, partners, clients in the Salesforce (CRM)
  • Enable market penetration in relevant functions by working with other departments and subsidiaries on developing an engagement strategy.
  • Engage with key Government stakeholders to foster relationship between TCG & government towards achieving business goals.
  • Develop and maintain applicable templates, and agreements for CBS business related to scoping and offerings.
  • Identify potential customers and investors for their needs, if related to other entities than CBS, will need to coordinate with other team members/businesses.(ex: Cross selling, upselling)
  • Undertake regular and formal reviews of business development activity benchmarking all actions against agreed plans and strategy, highlighting risks and issues appropriately and taking action to ensure that targets are achieved.( Maintain risk register)
  •  Maintain robust network of business partners and turn them preferred parties to deal with them for sourcing new leads or outsourcing businesses to them.
